Listenwise is an award-winning listening skills program for students and teachers. Listenwise, a proud partner of NPR, curates a growing collection of professionally produced podcasts, aligned to state standards in ELA, social studies, and science. We harness the power of listening to advance literacy and learning in all students, including English learners. By using podcasts as classroom texts, we provide more equitable access to educational content and provide students practice in their literacy skills through listening comprehension.
We are looking for someone analytical with digital marketing experience who can be laser focused on lead generation and marketing automation. Projects range from CPC campaigns, email campaigns, to webinar execution - ideally you have experience in a range of campaigns and can analyze the outcomes to make recommendations to optimize conversion. You’re a curious learner and driven person who is always looking for ways to do even better. You will be comfortable as a brand ambassador for Listenwise, communicating our message across multiple social media platforms.
You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing to set up marketing campaigns, determine appropriate targeting, and optimize processes within our CRM and run and manage our paid digital campaigns. Together our team will work to grow qualified leads to achieve our goals at both the top of funnel (prospects) and bottom of funnel (customers).
Fellow team members will look to you as the subject matter expert for all-things marketing automation including (but not limited to): setting up campaigns and workflows in our marketing automation platform (Sharpspring), optimizing our nurture, establishing proper tracking for marketing campaigns, and understanding how data flows through various systems. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.

You will need to embody all of the characteristics of a strong Account Executive including relationship building, tenacity, empathy, and grit. Your desire to serve customers is critical. Equally important to the way you work with others is your ability to collaborate with colleagues and serve customers is critical.
It will be your job to help us accelerate growth through the acquisition of new school customers. This is a full-cycle sales role. You will qualify opportunities through phone and email as well as generate your own sales qualified opportunities through channels including email campaigns, conferences and cold calling. You will be responsible for a new business quota.
