Debate: Is the Supreme Court's Integrity in Question?

The U.S. Supreme Court has long been one of the country’s most respected institutions. Most Americans trust that the court will decide cases fairly, based on law rather than political beliefs, and it is this reputation for integrity that ensures Americans will follow the court’s rulings, even when they are controversial. Listen to learn about other controversies plaguing the judicial branch of government and then debate: Is the Supreme Court’s integrity in question?
