New Commitments from Climate Summit

World leaders recently met in Glasgow, Scotland, to discuss ways to slow climate change. The agreements are non-binding, however, and some powerful countries refused to sign on, raising questions about the effectiveness of the summit. Listen to learn how countries around the world are collaborating on the problem of climate change.
