Life and Death Across the Geologic Ages

About 250 million years ago, there was a widespread extinction on earth. The “Deep Time” exhibit at the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History explores the state of the earth and its inhabitants in that era. Listen to hear about how the “Great Dying” happened and why it is relevant today.
